Paper	Marks	Number of Questions	Description	Duration
Paper I	100	50	Designed to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It includes questions on reasoning ability, reading comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness.	3 hours (180 minutes) for both papers combined
Paper II	200	100	Based on the subject selected by the candidate, this paper evaluates domain-specific knowledge.
