The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the recruitment drive for 6238 Technician vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications online via the official RRB website. The last date to apply online is 28th July 2025. • Opening date of Online application: 28-06-2025
• Closing date for Submission of Online Application: 28-07-2025 (23:59 hours)
• Last Date for Application fee payment for the submitted applications: 30-07-2025
• Dates for Modification window for corrections in application form with payment of modification fee (Please Note: Details filled in ‘Create an Account’ form and ‘Chosen RRB’ cannot be modified): 01-08-2025 to 10-08-2025
• Dates during which eligible scribe candidates must provide their scribe details in the application portal: 11-08-2025 to 15-08-2025

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Application Fees

• • For Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman / PWDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class (This fee of Rs 250/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in CBT.): Rs. 250/-
  • Others Categories (Out of this fee of Rs 500/-, an amount of Rs 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in CBT.): Rs. 500/-

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

For Technician Grade 1:

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 33 Years

For Technician Grade 3:

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 30 Years

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Education Qualification

• Candidates must already have the Educational/Technical qualifications prescribed in the CEN from recognized Institute/University as on the last date (i.e., 28.07.2025) for submission of ONLINE application
• Diploma /Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI for the post of Technicians in Pay Level-2 unless otherwise specified. Graduate Act apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA)
